Virgin Riserva is the very first press of the 2025 harvest and as fresh as olive oil gets. Hand-harvested in Tuscany and cold-pressed within hours, this small-batch, single-estate extra-virgin olive oil captures the vibrant grassy, peppery flavour that fades with time in other oils.

Unfiltered and organically produced, it’s rich in polyphenols and alive with character, with a naturally cloudy texture and golden-green hue that reflect its raw, unaltered state.
